Setting up Outlook
When we set up your email account we will provide you with all the details you need (username, password, POP3 and SMTP details) to set up Outlook and receive your emails.
Follow these simple instructions to set up your account:
1. Open Outlook and click ‘tools’, then ‘email accounts’
2. Select ‘add a new email address’ and click ‘next’
3. Select ‘POP3’
4. Enter the details as provided and your name as you want it to appear
5. Click ‘test account settings’ to ensure that everything is working
The way you add email accounts may differ slightly if you are using the free version called Outlook Express.
