Email not working?

Firstly, you need to establish whether your internet connection is working.

Find this out by going onto the internet and trying to access a trusted site such as the BBC (www.bbc.co.uk). If you cannot get onto the internet then you need to contact your internet service provider (i.e. BT, AOL, Tiscali, Daemon etc) who will resolve the problem. Once your connection is re-established, your emails will work again.

If your internet connection is working but your emails aren’t please contact us on 01904 691040 and we we will resolve the problem as quickly as we can.
