Homeserve Emergency Services identified a need to provide their team of glazers and locksmiths with definitive ways of working within customer’s homes and contracted DFA Productions to manage this project.

brightfive produced the DVD which combined live action video (as provided by DFA Productions) and informative graphics.

The end result was an effective training and induction tool which is now used across the whole team.
